Luckenbooth Sterling Silver Brooch. The luckenbooth brooch is a traditional Scottish love token often given as a wedding gift. Luckenbooths were shops in Edinburgh, situated on the Royal Mile. They were the city\'s first permanent shops that housed jewellery workers and other trades dating from the 16th century. 925 Sterling Silver Hallmarked. Supplied in a gift box with story card on the making of Heathergems. Heathergems are unique and no two are ever exactly the same. Heathergems are handcrafted from the stems of Scottish heather in a process developed over the last 50 years.
