Celtic Thunder Return Policy

We love our products and we want you to love them too. If your product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will replace it or refund your money, provided the damage occurred prior to delivery or that it is clearly a manufacturing fault or incorrect item. You must return the product in the condition that you received it, with its packaging and labels.

Timeframe

For faulty or damaged products, contact us within 15 business days of delivery date. If we mistakenly send you the wrong product, contact us within 5 business days of delivery date.
