Thank you for your interest in our products! We love our products and we want you to love them too. If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we’re here to help. Just return the product in its original condition along with its packaging and labels, and we’ll either replace it or issue a refund for the product cost (please note that postage is not refundable). We take pride in their quality and want you to be completely satisfied.
Timeframe
For faulty or damaged products, contact us within 15 business days of delivery date. If we mistakenly send you the wrong product, contact us within 5 business days of delivery date.
